Journeys and Travels A lot of people wonder where should they stay when they are visiting abroad. Either they stay in an internationally recognized hotel or even small local hotel. They both have their own advantages and disadvantages and people have their own preferences. Internationally recognized hotels are more convenient and worth it even though its more expensive. Expensive hotels dont always mean that they are good some hotels have bad services. However, cheap hotels are usually less convenient. The Ranch at Rock Creek hotel is a 5 star hotel and is located in 79 Carriage House Lane Philipsburg, Montana 59858. It is located in the heart of Southwestern Montana, not far from the international airports in Missoula and Butte, near the historic mining town of Phillipsburg, Montana. The Ranch at Rock Creek hotel is a Luxury Guest Ranch situated on 660 acres; 10 square miles of property that includes Rock Creek for premier fly-fishing. Budget Inn Deer lodge is a motel in Phillipsburg, Montana. It is located in 809 Main Street, Deer Lodge, MT 59722, USA. The Budget Inn Deer Lodge in quite big, but it is small compared to The Rock at Rock Creek hotel. The Rock at Rock Creek hotel is an all-inclusive ranch resort, so it not many people can barge in uninvited to the hotel, unlike the Budget Inn Deer Lodge, which is not inclusive and all sorts of people can enter it without any permission. In the Budget Inn Deer Lodge, there are absolutely no activities to do, you need to go to the nearest shopping mall if you want to go shopping, and unlike in The Ranch at Rock Creek hotel, they have many activities. Such as, biking, mountain, skeet shooting, fishing, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, ice-skating, shopping, skiing and many more. There is also Theater and Museums for people who enjoy arts. In the Budget Inn Deer Lodge, there is no listed accommodation unlike The Ranch at Rock Creek hotel that has four accommodations listed. In The accommodations are The Granite Lodge, which has custom-made furniture, woven textiles, frontier antiques and lavish linens. The Granite Lodge rooms is inspired by the iconic western themes, such as the great turn of the country railroad hotels and the classic guns that helped to complete the western look. There is also Historic Barn accommodation in the hotel, which inspired by the 19th century barn houses. Glamping Cabins are also an accomm odation that is provided by The Ranch at Rock Creek hotel.

The western world took notice and researches into the symptoms and nature of the infection led to its categorization as Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. The virus HIV, leads to gradual weakening of the immune system of the body and in such situations even everyday infections start becoming life threatening. Research and development into finding a permanent solution to cure the disease have not yet been successful. Though, the life expectancy of AIDS patients have become much more now. While earlier, the patient would have died within months of the disease, now an AIDS patient can expect to lead a normal life for 12-15 years after getting infected with the HIV. The HIV Our immune system which is supposed to work like a defense mechanism against the infections is badly damaged when the Human Immunodeficiency Virus target the immune system. This virus attacks a particular type of white blood cells called CD4+ cells. After taking full control of the cell the virus then inserts its own genes into the cell's DNA2. Subsequently, the virus starts using the DNA cell to manufacture more virus particles. The CD4+ host cells gradually starts dying and as the number of CD4+ cells become less in the human body, the immune system of the body starts weakening. The HIV is a retrovirus containing two single-strand liner RNA molecules per virion and reverse transcriptase. The structure of this virus is said to be simple than many other viruses, but it has proved to be very difficult to defeat. After infecting the body, the virus goes into human blood, sexual fluids and breast milk. Therefore, the virus is passed on to another person, if his or her fluids come in con tact with any of the infected fluids. How the Disease Spreads As the HIV virus infects the blood, sexual fluids and breast milk, the disease can spread to another healthy person when; i. A healthy person starts having sexual intercourse with the infected person. In order to save the infection being passed onto to another person as a result of sexual intercourse, condoms are the best defense mechanism. Adopting such protective mechanism doesn't allow the sexual fluids to come in contact with each other.
